Meditation Enlightenment and self Awakening

The experience of meditation enlightenment is loosely structured around the sense our awareness, who and what I am shifts between bodily and not-bodily understandings. Concepts such as time, space, context and finite relationships seem absent, and this, in itself, is significant. In a meditative state of enlightenment when her attention is drawn to sensations that are experienced with her own body. Typically, there will be an overlap between the sense that I am my body, and knowing that I am not of my body. In this overlapping state, the awareness of oneself seems split between spiritual and material understandings of themselves. The understanding of both body and spirit combination will be realized and the experience of body and spirit distinguishing will be felt, is that called enlightenment?.

 

Guided Meditation Enlightenment

Meditative enlightenment experiences can begin spontaneously; associating the meditation with specific sound as guidance. The initiating sound can be any, like combinations of notes, chimes, or crickets. The chanting of OM experience similar to natural sound and instrumental musics. After few time of hearing the guided music or chanting, the guiding instrument will start humming inside the body rather heard from ears. During this state, awareness of physical and mental relaxation is immaculate followed with general feeling of wellbeing is an first step towards the englightenment by meditation.(For beginners 6 week self study program Meditation enlightenment for Peaceful Living written by Tina Heathers PhD, MBA, Reiki Master is a good book to start with. The book teaches meditation in five easy steps and gurantee Deep relaxation , Freedom from stress , Increased energy , Inner peace , Quality relationships).

The next stage of meditation englightment seems to be much deeper level. You notice vibrations within your body when you are in contemplation. If you watch the tremor mindfully, they not physical. Because you see no bodily movement. The more you stay in this meditative silent, the vibration feel so strong and you start wondering whether you are sitting on top of seismic activity.

Meditation englightenment and Karma

The enligtenment shudder seem to begin in the core of the body, located next to our heart and diaphragm. This place seems like the centre of our physical and metaphysical being. At this moment of enligtenment, the vibrations flow in rhythm correlating with the guided music. At this state of meditation, one lose all sense of himself as a physical being. She feels that her body is no longer important or central to her life. The sense of I am one in everything and everyone would start filling the conscious. The body would be felt as a holding of life / spirit / Karma alone would be felt.

 

Meditation being nothing is enlightenment

The achived mindfullnes through guided should be enriched by advanced techniques such as visualization and breathing that focus on your third eye. That meditation technique will allow you be in enlightenmnet state at any time. This state of meditation enlightenment can occur at any time. Whether you are in quite room concentrating on chorus or sipping coffee and mindfully watching kids laugh. As soon as we divert the attention on our breath with mindful listening of connecting  sound or chanting of OM, vibration of enlightenment surprisingly flowing across the body and filling your spirit.

Maharish Mahesh Yogi consider the that experience of meditative enligtenment, sound and vibrations were not separate but interwoven. They were, in fact the same experience, that many interpreted in bodily way. These were the beginning point from where one experience himself the dip of enligtenment through meditation. The habitual repetition of meditation practice blossom the spiritual sense in a body and keep the awareness of  enlightening. The more you stay in meditation, enlightenment of being thoughtless , timeless , placeless and presence of soul become infinite expansive and empty place will be felt everywhere.

The meditation enlightment keep your awareness focused on thoughts,  fading the feelings away and give no priority to  bodily importance. Enlightnment make you care nothing and feel nothing for body. You see connect to nothing and gain the new look on everything that you never seen before.
